1. Who we are. The retreat is run and hosted by Lisa Jo and Carolyn Clark. "We" and "us" means Lisa Jo and Carolyn Clark. "You" means the person booking.
2. The retreat. 15th to 22nd September 2027 (7 nights) at Kampung Uma Dawa, Ubud, Bali. The optional beach stay is 22nd to 25th September 2027 (3 nights) at Ocean Paradise.
3. Booking and deposit. To book, complete the booking form and pay a £500 deposit by bank transfer. Your place is confirmed when we email you to say your deposit has arrived. The deposit is non-refundable.
4. Paying the balance. The retreat costs £1,995. The beach stay is an extra £495. Early bird: if you submit your booking form on or before 30th November 2026, you get £200 off your total, so you pay £1,795 (or £2,290 with the beach stay). The balance (£1,495, or £1,990 with the beach stay, or £1,295 and £1,790 at the early bird price) can be paid in instalments of any size, and must be paid in full by 31st July 2027. Please email [email protected] or [email protected] each time you make a payment. If the balance has not been received by 31st July 2027, we may cancel your booking, and section 5 will apply.
5. If you cancel. Please tell us in writing by emailing [email protected] or [email protected]. Your £500 deposit is not refundable. If you cancel on or before 31st July 2027, we will refund anything you have paid on top of the deposit. If you cancel after 31st July 2027, nothing you have paid is refundable. Travel insurance may cover you if you need to cancel.
6. If we change or cancel. Activities may change because of weather, local conditions, ceremonies or things outside our control. Where that happens we will replace them with something similar where we can. If we cancel the retreat, we will refund the money you have paid us. We are not responsible for flights or other costs you have booked separately.
7. What's included. 7 nights accommodation, airport pickup, all transport to and from activities, all breakfasts and 7 main meals, all retreat activities, free scheduled shuttle to town and back, and sessions with Carolyn and Lisa. Not included: flights, visa fees, travel insurance, additional treatments, and activities outside the itinerary. If you add the beach stay, it includes accommodation at Ocean Paradise from 22nd to 25th September 2027, breakfast and meals.
8. Travel insurance. You must have travel insurance for the full trip, including cover for cancellation and medical care.
9. Passports, visas and entry. You are responsible for having a valid passport and meeting Indonesia's entry requirements, including any visa or tourist levy.
10. Your health. Please tell us about anything health related we should know before you travel; we'll send a short form nearer the time. All activities are optional and you can sit any of them out. Yoga, breathwork and sound healing are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
11. Looking after each other. We ask everyone to treat the group, our hosts, local people and places with respect. We may ask anyone whose behaviour puts others at risk to leave the retreat, without a refund.
12. Photos. We may take photos during the retreat. If you would prefer not to appear in anything we share, just tell us.

14. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
