Eight days in the heart of Bali. Daily yoga, sacred ceremonies, sound healing, and the kind of connection that stays with you long after you come home.
Reserve Your Space → £500 deposit secures your place · Pay the rest monthly until July 2027You don't need to have it all together to come. You just need to feel the pull. Many women arrive alone and leave with friendships that last a lifetime.
Bali has a way of inviting you to be more present. Not by doing less, but by surrounding you with ceremony, nature, and community. From the sacred temples and jungle landscapes of Ubud to the rhythm of offerings and music, Bali naturally supports reflection, healing, and reconnection in a way that's hard to explain until you've felt it.
Women leave this retreat different. Not because anything dramatic happened, but because something quiet and deep got a chance to settle.
Come back to yourself: your voice, your body, your inner rhythm
Release the beliefs, patterns, and emotional weight that have been holding you back
Reconnect with your truth, your intuition, and your inner direction
Experience the power of women's circles, being witnessed without judgment
Build meaningful bonds with women who truly get you
Tap into your feminine wisdom and the quiet knowing you've carried for years
Feel clearer about who you are and the path that's unfolding for you
Return home rested, renewed, and genuinely glad you said yes
Every day is shaped around nourishing your body, mind, and soul, with space to rest, explore, and simply be.
Melukat is the traditional Balinese water purification ritual. Step into a 1,000 year old temple (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) and let the sacred waters cleanse and refresh your body, mind, and spirit. A ritual unlike anything else.
All levels welcome. Sessions are gentle, inclusive, and guided, focused on connection and presence, not performance or flexibility.
Wander through Bali's rice fields to the Pyramids of Chi (yes, there are pyramids in Bali) for a sound healing session that restores balance, clarity, and peace long after you leave.
Explore Bali's hidden natural gems. Feel grounded, alive, and inspired as you experience the island beyond the villa.
The heartbeat of the retreat. A safe, supportive space to show up honestly, be witnessed, and remember you're never walking this path alone.
A guided session to heal, resolve, and gain deeper insights. Often the moment women describe as the turning point of their week.
Create a keepsake with your own hands, whether that's a string of mala beads or a piece of silver jewellery, to remind you of your journey and who you were when you made it.
Pure relaxation on one of Bali's most beautiful beaches. Sun, sea, laughter, and time to simply breathe.
New for 2027. The day starts with a yoga session and a circle, followed by a nutritious breakfast. Then it's yours. We'll give you a list of suggested things to do in Ubud, or you're very welcome to just chill round the pool, have a treatment in the spa, chat, read and relax.
New for 2027. Spend a day on a local farm, learning about everyday Balinese life and cooking Balinese food together. A lovely way to connect with the local community and give a little something back.
Please note: experiences may change, and we'll update the itinerary accordingly.
When we choose the activities for our retreats, we also think about how we can give something back to the communities we are visiting. We want you to experience the real culture of Bali and have opportunities to connect with local people, rather than simply doing the usual tourist things.
Our farm day is a lovely example of this, giving us the chance to experience a little of everyday life, learn from the local community and contribute in a small but meaningful way while we’re there. It’s about travelling with a bit more connection, curiosity and respect, and leaving something positive behind as well as taking away some amazing memories.
Every year, guests tell us they can't believe how beautiful Kampung Uma Dawa is. There's a stunning pool, three yoga shalas, gardens everywhere you look and the most amazing staff. Twin villas with a comfortable shared living area, so your room is a proper sanctuary to come back to at the end of each day.

King size bed with air conditioning and beautiful long windows. We haven't got a photo of the bed, but trust us, it's there and it's lovely.
Each villa has a large shared bathroom with a big bathtub, a walk in shower and toiletries provided. Perfect after a day of adventures.
Open air yoga shalas in the gardens, with all yoga equipment provided. Just bring yourself.
A gorgeous pool to float, swim or lie beside with a good book.
Each villa has its own kitchen (not that you'll be doing any of the cooking), a sofa and its own garden with outdoor furniture. Towels and bathrobes are provided too.
The staff are amazing and look after you all week, so you can properly switch off.
Only 12 spaces. September 2027. Don't let this be the retreat you nearly booked.

Because we genuinely care, in the real, human, "we're right here with you" kind of way. This retreat is intentionally designed so you can come alone and feel completely held from the moment you arrive.
Every detail is shaped with you in mind: your comfort, your growth, your experience. Women of all ages join us, and the mix always creates something unbelievably powerful.
We're not "guru on a mountaintop" people. We're normal humans who truly light up when we see you relaxing, laughing, healing, and having the time you came for. We genuinely know this is the retreat you're searching for.
Almost every woman who's joined us had a reason not to. Too busy. Too expensive. Not sure they deserved it. They all say the same thing after: they wish they'd said yes sooner.
